Netbank Collections Couldn’t be bothered

I’m soo mad at Nedbank Personal. They were suppose to debit my account on the 25th for my repayment but instead they debited today. My salary has not come through yet I’m only getting paid on Monday. I’m now sitting with a problem I have 2 kids a 5 month old and a 2 year old. I need to get them formula and nappies today only to realize there’s no money in my account to that. Nedbank collections says I was suppose to get an sms notifying me of the debit but they didn’t send it. Nedbank collections is unable to refund me, refund takes up to 48 hours weekends not included. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with collections and they say there’s nothing they can do. My kids don’t have food nor nappies how is that I’m must suffer for something that isn’t my fault. Nedbank collections shouldn’t have devoted my account and now they say they can help me. I’m so angry now I have to ask people for money to get basics for my kids. Someone didn’t do their job properly and Nedbank couldn’t be bothered on how this has impacted me. It’s time for me to switch banks seriously.
