Netbank Atm quires staff and netbank services is bad

Hellopeter My Name Nthabiseng Mkhize I have a problem with the netbank staff which no one is assisting me with my Atm quires. I made a deposit in a atm in Northmead Square in netbank and the Atm machine but the machine took my money but didn't give me a slip. The lady that work in the branch gave me the machine number and told me to call the tall free number and give the the machine number and time and reference no but am not getting any respond they are taking me from one post to another and they said the person who is dealing with my case is Musa Moosa and today called again then Deneo Morukwane said she can't say who is dealing with my case. I want my money back couse am not even getting respond about my case
