NEGLIGENT Nedbank causing inconvenience in others lives and they don't care either ! !

It's been 3 weeks with no call, communication nothing from Nedbank with regards to a *****ulent account and a granted loan on my name at your bank.it's shocking to know that a bank of this size treats others in this way ,shows no remorse and have a complete disregard for people ...disgusted - nedbank has caused a huge inconvenience in my life and have shown me that they don't care ....NEGLIGENCE on nedbanks behalf on a HUGE scale by this bank has disrupted my life and nedbank continues to display their lack of empathy of consideration towards others .
