Negligent

I have taken a policy for home insurance, and on the policy, they put the wrong address when I was about to claim I was provided with the wrong.

The manager by the name so-called Frans Bekker asked to talk to me, I waited, and the phone was dropped.

My question is there is a recording of when I took the policy, why the recording was not listened to? I don't put an address on the policy documents, and why they don't deal with the person who put the wrong address.
