Negative listing

This Bank is useless with *********** staff from Randburg branch, I requested for a debit order when I received my Mastercard which they confirmed that is loaded and now I get a notification that have arrears in my account and have a negative listing on ITC, WHY when I requested for funds to be debited directly on my account.

When you look back on my account conduct, which month did I skip. Your staff is useless and not competent and you've lost a customer in ME.
