Negative impact on my financial status

I have been with Nedbank for more than 2 decades but the experiences I have experienced are rather shocking! Some time ago I was told that I owe interest on credit cards that were closed more than 7yrs ago. I’ve learned today that I owe R147 and I have been listed on trans union. I went to the branch and could not be assisted as no one could pick that up. Called their legal department, no answer.

I was not aware that I’ve been listed for R147 and therefore I cannot get the house I app**** for.

I will surely take this further!!!
