Need to make payment arrangement

Morning, i have a personal loan with nedbank and i called this morning for 6 times to get through and talk to someone about arranging payment because my salary is half now and need to pay and not get behind but no luck and i am frustrated because this is my credit life that is being messed with, can someone from nedbank personal loan call me please i need to pay and make arrangement .
