Need to make an arrangement to pay

Good morning I went to nedbank cosmo city sometimes last week they told me they can't hllelp with payment arrangements since I'm no.longer working I should be the one calling nedbank I reached out on Twitter they couldn't help as well I tried calling no one answered, today I called from 8:30 to 10:30 still no one picked up my callcan nedbank call me back so that i can arrange payment, they will be calling non stop if I don't pay but now they don't answer their phones
