Need to close my account!!!!

trying to close nedbank account

1. Tried closing my nedbank account last of last week Thursday(06/10/22). 2. Was told to empty out the account. 3. was told I accumulated bank charges for emptying out the account(08/10/22). 3. I was called Monday(10/10/22) advising me the funds have not reflected but will be done on Tuesday.

I have still not received no feedback and the confirmation letter that the account is closed . trying to call now to no avail.
