Need my car papers that's it.

I paid off my car loan 2 weeks ago. On Friday I enquired with Nedbank mfc why the original papers of my car are not at hand as promised it is only then they said the papers are at the traffic department. Why was this not advised at first? I want my papers and that is it. Nedbank mfc you received your money therefore I want my papers as well. Haibo!
