Need judgement rescision or 80% discount but no response from nedbank and lawyers

Nedbank put a judgement against me three years ago, the judgement has put my life to a stand still and Nedbank is not bothered, I can but a car or a house, now I want to try and discuss a discount with the lawyers to try and settle this debt, so I go to Credit bureau and request a record so I can see which lawyers they use, I search the lawyers numbers on Google and I called them to my surprise the lawyer are denying having my records with them I ask them if there are any other lawyers with the same name which I knew will not be possible but anyway I asked and they said no but still insisted they don't have my records, now I try to call Nedbank themselves Ai hey tneir number for legal recoveries and email address I call them for two days theu initially take the call but no consultant picks up for about an hour till I drop, I send and email there is no response

So now do I get stuck with tjis judgment which has no lawyers handling it and creditor not responding leaving me with no choice but to write here out of frustration
