We are desperately trying to get hold of someone senior in your nedbank card division. A family member has been sent summons on credit cards. Due to covid and him losing his job and him becoming disabled his unable to pay his credit cards. we are willing to pay a settlement however we keep getting your attorneys who say we need to pay a value yet they wont remove the summons or try and give a lower settlement.
