Need a change from Nedbank

So disappointed in the Bank I been with most of my life. Ive been perfect with paying my home loan for years and now that i am selling, a penalty of +-R30K is being charged.....for what.... only giving 3 months notice? Give me a break here. This is how banks lose clients
