Neebank messed my credit score up Their Fault

The bank totally messed up my credit score, The bank messed up when they issued me with a replacement credit card and did not update the card information on my profile, i have been now handed over to itc, I am not happy they left my old credit card details on my Profile BUT i was able to make a payment into that account although it was closed REALLY now you hand me over and all my accounts are in + including my bond...Who does Nedbank think they are? The did not update my existing information on my profile...
