Nedtrust estate department

Nedbank trust division are an *********** in handeling a deceased estate so far it has taken them 8 years and three months to finalise an estate and we are still not done. The number of staff changes from the General Manager to clerical level is phenomenal. Emails to the officials are seldom answered if ever but when they needed information from the heirs it’s urgent and must be done in a matter of hours. I would not recommend using Nedtrust to handle your estate.
