Nednak insurance no service

Why is there no 0 rating?. Absolutely no service from Nedabk insurance. Tried for 4 days to contact them, no luck. Was told twice they will call me back, still waiting. The call center does not answer or *********** operators take the call and do not log the claim. What is the use of paying monthly fees for no service.
