Nedlife Insurance doesn't pay their customers back their money!!

Nedlife Insurance took my monthly debit after the house was paid off for 5 years - they have every excuse in the book not to reply to my mails & come back to me. This is so ********* that they do not link your bond with the insurance. I wonder if this is done with intent from the CEO or just plain incompetence?
