I went to bank and found a lady that ask if you need help, I told her that im here to cancel my kid educational plan that I have been saving for her for almost 5 years now, and she said sorry the lady who was suppose to help me she will only be back in January which is the financial planner and I told that no I didn't do it with the financial planner and the first time when I cancelled the other one since I have twins I didn't cancel with the financial planner I cancelled it with on of the consultant at greenstone and she said ok then go to greenstone they will assist you, what I don't understand is why didn't they help it means now and then I have to go to greenstone since most of the things were opened at greenstone, cause I live in Kempton park so now I have to drive to Eden vale so they can help me, but its the same bank, so had to drive to edevnale that's when they have help me, it didn't even require a financial plan it was the matter of fill up the forms and submit
