Nedkor/Nedbank make an unauthorised demand deposit

I woke up this morning to a demand deposit of R1969 going off my account under the name of Vodacom. I was completely shocked and outraged!!! I do not even have a contract with Vodacom. I immediately contacted FNB and they tell me this debit order cannot be reversed due to a new setting instituted during covid time.

The "customer" who did the transaction was actually listed as Nedkor.

This is theft. Nedbank, please reverse this demand debit order now.

I see others have complained about the same thing!!!
