Nedinsure worst ever insurance people.

People please don't use nedinsure for your building insurance. They are ripoff and con artists. I put in a claim for my roof, soffits, mats facia board that's was damaged in the severe weather that we had. They sent out a contractor to do an assessment. This contractor seems as if she was trained by nedbank to tell people that everything is because of poor maintenance. She tells me straight you won't get a cent out of the insurance. They never even took pics of the damaged roof that was leaking but they reject the claim outright. I took it a step further to the ombudsman and they still refusing to pay. The ombudsman is still busy with them at this moment. Will keep posted. But never go with nedinsure. Worst ever.
