NEDGROUP TRUST POOR ESTATES ADMINISTRATION SERVICE

I submitted my late husband's will and documents in the hopes that Nedgroup Trust would professionally wind up his estate (ESTATE LATE LP VAN WYK). It has been a terrible experience thus far. They assigned my case to an Estates administrator and he left the company sometime in February 2022. I was only informed by his manager in April 2022 after my emails and calls went unanswered for TWO MONTHS. An executors letter has been waiting at the Masters office for months and they are yet to fetch it to begin this process. Mind you, its 11 months since documents have been submitted to them. I wish I had went with a private attorney. I cannot do anything with the estate including a simple thing like change of ownership of a decoder until this process is finalised!!! They simply don't care and their service is bad.
