NEDGROUP TRUST IS A DISGRACE

My late husband's Will is with NEDGROUP TRUST; I am the main Beneficiary and receive a small monthly payment for the Trust to supplement my Pension, I am 70 years old. Last year, a new battery for my 21 year old bakkie had to be purchased and NEDGROUP TRUST refused to assist me. On 17th August 2020, I sent a request to Trustee, ADRI JACOBS of NEDGROUP TRUST to assist me with the co-payments for my cancer treatment, which the Medical Aid does not cover. To date, NEDGROUP TRUST has not even had the decency to respond to my request. All co-payments for the accounts have to be paid within 30 days. Currently, there is a huge amount of money in the Trust, so why does NEDGROUP TRUST not assist me with these and future co-payments for the cancer treatment? I am not asking for luxury items, this is an absolute necessity, as my Pension and the small monthly supplement I receive, does not even begin to cover these extra costs. NEDGROUP TRUST has put me under a great deal of un-necessary stress by not assisting me with the funds for the cancer treatment. SHAME ON YOU NEDGROUP TRUST!!!!
