NEDGROUP REFUSE TO PAY DISABILITY CLIAM

Good day

My husband was admitted to hospital 31/12/15 for block arteries to his leg, after several attempts to save his leg 6 operations in less that 3 months, on 10/02/16 the Doctor had to amputate his leg.He is still on VAC. wound dressing he is in no condition to work, wheel chair bound and in extreme pain . Nedgroup life have advise that he is not disable enough to warrant them paying out on policy . My husband has been paying the bond for the last 15 years, no one expected this to happen in their life time and when something goes wrong you expect that the cover you have well be honoured .(the feed back from nedgroup life has been disgusting)

Please can you advise how disable you have to be to get paid out when you can no longer support yourself
I did not hear at any-time in the last 15 years from nedgroup life advising that if you should lose a body part that they will not assist with your disability.

Please we need to advise fnb why they are not going to assist with the bond payments .
