Nedgroup Life -Poor Service from Client Service Team

Hi I'm not happy with the customer service team for Nedgroup Life, every time when I ask for policy documents I don't get a reply. I have asked just for a policy schedule since January, to date nothing has been received.

I wonder what will happen the Day my family want to claim.

I really don't understand why they can't just send me my documents every year. Is the servicing team that busy?? I'm thinking of cancelling this policy now. I can't be running after an insurer for just a policy schedule. As a broker, I know I doesn't take even a 24hrs to send a schedule to a client, but Nedgroup Life will take forever to send a schedule. Please assist me. Tx
