Nedgroup Life Dream maker

<p>I am will not invest with Nedbank again as they take your money to 'save' but when you need the money desperately they refuse. I am very disappointed with Nedbank/Nedgroup life for not being clear when it comes to a dream maker policy. I opened a dream maker investment account for a period of five years, now I need the fund desperately they are refusing to paid out and told me even if I cancel the investment I will only get the funds in 2017 .This was never mentioned to me when I opened the account, I was told that I can withdrawal at anytime whenever I need the money& I was told that when you cancel the investment you can get the fund back,yesterday I was told that is not possible, I can only get the funds in 2017. Customer service is horrible one has to wait for weeks for them to call you back with disappointing news. I am going cancel the investment regardless. Nedbank services are horrible. </p>
