Nedgroup life assurance a disappointment

My late husband has a bondability life insurance with Nedbank and credit life insurance for his car with Nedbank. I sent claims for both insurance 3 months ago, they haven't paid until today, each time I enquire they say they still waiting for medical report of which the assessor did call me regarding that and I gave her everything I had, not they say they have been trying to get hold of the doctor that wrote my husband's BI form, they can't get hold of him and they say he promised to call but I tried to explain to them that most probably the doctor won't call as they are using a call center number that you first hold and be transferred until to get to the right department. Mfc is even questioning and the settlement amount is going up every month as I cannot afford to pay the monthly installment. I don't know if I will ever get help from them. Out of all the trouble I have been the one calling them all the time. No communication from them. No help, now I am stuck!
