nedgroup insurance failing me

Nedgroup vehicle finance assurance is failing to assist with my monthly repayment for my vehicle. I lost my job last December 2022 and i was insured for job loss with them. I'm currently not working and unable to repay my monthly installment until i get a job. when i joined this insurance, they promised to assist with the re-payment of my vehicle for a period of 6 months while I'm still job-hunting. i got an e-mail stating that they wont be able to assist. I'm truly disappointed with the reply that i got from them and I'm totally frustrated and don't know what to do anymore cause i don't want to loose my car due to non-payment.
