Nedgroup Insurance Company Policy worthless!

I had a Policy on my vehicle with Nedgroup Insurance Company Limited on my vehicle finance with MFC. Policy no: P*** The Finance was taken out in December 2019, and the policy in January 2020. It included death, disability, and retrenchment (in case I am unable to pay the monthly installment) at the time I was self employed. I have worked for two company's since the first was for VR Dragline Maintenance from 1 September 2020, and straight thereafter started working for an Israeli company Cognyte. Cognyte is an Intelligence company that does highly classified Intelligence gathering for governments, Police and Internal Intelligence departments within countries. I was retrenched from said company on 13 September 2021. So as money started to be a problem I lodged a claim with Nedgroup Insurance Company Limited. The service I got was appalling. I worked with a Junior Policy Administrator called Secdrick, Munsamy ***. He is the so-called assessor assigned to my case. He wanted information on my time at Cognyte which my manager at Cognyte supp****, however he is requesting more information that the company is willing to share as it is a highly secretive environment. This mr. Munsamy is unable or unwilling to accept, and has thus cancelled my claim with a nonsense letter that claims: "We refer to the Retrenchment claim that was submitted on the 17 May 2022, and the subsequent communication requesting the requirements necessary to finalise your claim. As we have not been able to make contact with you, we unfortunately have no alternative but to cancel this claim. This decision will be reviewed should you contact us or on receipt of the requirements we have requested." 1stly that is a blatant lie that they were not able to make contact with me. So as I said to mr. Munsamy, My issue is that in Insurance you have two distinct departments, 1) Sales promises you the world and the stars, and are quick to take your money. 1) These so called assessors, who will find every loophole in the so called contract, why NOT to pay. I paid a 3 year period of installments just to find out; No sir you, "our valued customer" can not claim because we can't get the reason for your retrenchment. Why do they want the reason for it? Also I now all of a sudden have to have worked for at least one year before the policy is "active" WHAT? As I said this is a world class Intelligence company. You need FBI, CIA, and Mossad clearance to work there. They are not going to give you all the little nuanced information that you seek. Cognyte has sent through confirmation of my work there, with information they need to process my claim. But NO Nedgroup Insurance Company and mr. Munsamy has no regard. I have been promised a copy of my policy for two weeks now by mr. Munsamy. Still no Policy. This so-called policy (which I have no copy of, but are paying for) is not worth the paper it is written on. In an email I said that in case of death or disability, I'm almost certain that there will be no payment, because you need not speak to a dead or disabled person. They are a bunch of thieving *****!
