Nedgroup DJ Koekemoer will

I did not know that Nedgroup Trust has ghost workers, they do nothing, send you wrong forms to complete then they say you did not understand the email and send you new forms to complete, take 3 months to send you a read receipt and after 19 months a new company phones you and ask for the same information Nedgroup requested before. Then the new company says they received very little information from Nedgroup. They also do not answer your questions, either keep quiet or refer it and then no one respond. Why did Nedgroup not close the trust yet as stated in the will and who should I talk to to get answers on my unanswered questions?
