Nedgroup beneficiary services is a disappointment!!!

Ref no :A Mokweni Acc (Bus Ops) Account No 837660......I am not happy with how the Nedgroup beneficiary services just decided to transfer my funds to Fairheads without consulting me. I am now struggling to get access to my funds all thanks to you,please sort this out because it is you fault I never asked you to move my funds to the *********** fairheads!!!!
