NEDGHOST BANK

I lost my phone two months ago and they stole the money from my accound using the app on my phone.one more thing they accepted the personal loan that was offered by Nedbank on my accound.luckily it was on a weekend the loan only came in on a Monday. After seeing it while using the ATM .i rushed inside the branch and reported it.I asked that they assist me to reverse the money which we did that.one month goes by without hearing from the bank and last month they deducted R5400.00 from my salary and when i asked them why they say i owe them R8000.00.

I speak to different consultant almost five times a day since the 30th of October. No one is assisted or giving me an answer. The so-called investigation is taking so long and to tell the truth I hate this frustration as the bank is taking my money and no one there seem to care what i am going through , and I regret ever opening the account with them
