NEDBPL Unauthorised deduction

On the 28th of March 2018 I settled my Nedbank personal loan with an amount of R13,563,82 as per The settlement letter, I called to ask them to close the account a few days later and they sent me an sms that confirms that with the reference ********** 1.

Now a deduction of R1,262,78 went through to Nedbank, I don’t know for what!!

Please advise because this amount is deducting for the second time since the settlement and I’m getting sick and tired of using my airtime to make follow-up calls to Nedbank unnecessarily, this is such an inconvenience I’m so mad!
