On the 27/10/2024 I have made a payment of R3500 on the 04/11/2024 the debit order went thru wich was not the date to be debited on the 04/11/2024 I have phoned Customer Care line and asked if they could refund the R3277. 89 they told me no problem the money will be in within 48 hours today the 09/11/2024 have not received any money. I have phoned 5 times today yet no answer or not available.
