Nedbond Insurance is a ****

I have home owners insurance with Nedbank under Nedbond. Claim lodged in 16th March 2025. No result or feedback until now, 3rd June 2024. Made 3 follow up calls and an escalation to management. Nothing is done. I was promised a call back each time. Nothing happened. The state that Nedbank is in right now is really pathetic. Please choose another service provider or you will be sorry.
