Nedbnk George Central branch

I have been sitting for 45 minutes open my account again just for them to skip my number and move to someone they also skipped without informing me and when I asked that lady had the audacity to lie to me saying my number was called, which is clearly a lie instead of apologizing or acknowledging. For one of the biggest bank it's quite disappointing I hope the branch manager in George central will teach his staff of professionalism and accountability.
