On 16 August 2023 a transaction had been done from our account to a business in Canada...never been there. The a amount was R20 000. We locked a ***** transaction received a number bur nothing happened. On 28 August there was R21 000 in my account...this morning it's just gone. How can we trust these people with our hard earned money. I mean twice in one month. First we struggle to get hold of our personal banker...after numerous promises of calling back still nothing. So Nedbank draw their own green line today.
