Nedbank...smh

Our business account got hacked because of Nedbanks shoddy security systems in place. My wife has been struggling for 2 months now to get any feedback from anybody. We keep on being pointed to this and that email. Our business banker is absolutely useless. Her own bank, Nedbank cant even contact her. The guy doing the investigation looks like he doesnt exist, as he doesnt answer calls or email. Absolutely useless bank. We have stopped payments into the account and will move our business to another bank. Disgrace of a bank. Shameless
