Nedbank's useless estate department

My husband died in 2015. Nedbank was appointed Executor. After disgusting service and non communication I am now at my wits head. The estate management has handed over to Veritas Estatement Management. 8 years later, the furtherest I have got is that the Nedbank Tax Department has to get a clearance from SARS to release the money for the estate. This I was informed about months ago and still nothing has happened. Please never make Nedbank your excutor because they are absolutely useless. I have to keep following up but weeks and months go by and nothing happens. Disgusting and ********* to expect a widow to wait so long for her money. Bev van Winsen
