NEDBANKS USELESS😠😠😠

Im very disappointed in Nedbank their service its utterly poor to put it lightly😠😠. I cancelled a cash send on the 30th of April and their policy states that any funds of cancelled transactions will reflect on your accounts in 48hrs...I've been calling their customer service literally the whole week, printed 3 statements which cost 40rand each and makes a total of 120rand...they gave me a ussd number to dail to get the send money pin but that was useless as well and i wasted a 10rand airtime for **** again...this morning one of there consultants eventually admit that she as well can see on her side that the "money was returned back to my account but it hasn't reflect on my available balance" and once again they telling me that my case are being processed to digital department= my case reference number ***1😠😠😠😠SERIOUSLY IM ****ED OF BECAUSE ITS NOT THAT I PICKED UP THAT MONEY ITS HARD EAREND MONEY..WHY CAN'T THEY JUST GIVE MY MONEY BACK...I ALREADY PAY ALOT OF BANKING FEES EVERY MONTH BUT NOW IM STRUGGLING TO GET MY OWN MONEY BACK...AND THAN YOU ALSO EXPECT ME TO PAY THE 120RAND FOR THE STATEMENTS AND I HAD TO BUY AIRTIME FROM MY OWN MONEY AS WELL...MXM THAT'S DAY LIGHT *******...COZ EVENTUALLY WHEN MY MONEY REFLECTS ON MY ACCOUNT YOU WILL DEDUCT THE 120RAND, EG.😠😠😠😠JUST GIVE ME MONEY BACK AND I EXPECT THE WHOLE AMOUNT 😠😠😠
