NEDBANKS UNFORTUNATE **** REVOLUTION!

How sad to see Nedbank losing touch with its clients by lurching into the "**** 4th Industrial Revolution" with such fervour and enthusiasm! To make a deposit or withdrawal or to simply transfer from your current account to your savings account you are now referred - with a touch of hauteur - to one of the infernal machines breeding outside. These devices (putting people out of work!) require Masters' Science Degrees to operate - or assistance from the dwindling number of live Nedbank employees. The absurd alternative is to have a living Teller (remember them? - photograph one - they're facing extinction! ) transfer funds in your cheque account (earning .0%) to your savings account ( earning half the interest rate Nedbank lends it out to you ! ) make the internal transfer for you for a fee of R75.00!!! Are you old enough to remember when there were no such things as "Bank Charges" at all? Nedbank hopes you don't !

If your (Nedbank's) "striving to deliver excellence" is sincere, then immediately withdraw the outrageous absurdity of charging a "fee" of R75.00 to have a (live) Teller attend to a simple transfer from one Nedbank account to another within the same branch! Not everyone has "smartphones" or the s****s to use them for banking. There was a time when 'phones were for making calls! Your obvious plan to entirely automate banking at the cost of staff is monstrous. And don't try the excuse of "efficiency" - queuing at the evil machines is no quicker than at the Tellers - where you used to get a smile as well......and free!
