Nedbank’s unauthorised deductions

Hi My name is Edwin. And I have a problem with Nedbank making deductions from my account with a ref of “APO payment “ yet I have no credit card with them. This issue has been going on for months now I’ve called the branch and they do confirm that I have no credit card with them, yet money is still going out. Please I please get assistance to take this issue further.
