Nedbanks totall disregard for clients

That branch has no respect for its clients! I was sworn by a teller @ the city view branch in durban. It all started when we ad clients were complaining about tbe level of service there, at a time like month end, where it is the busiest!! Tbeir security gaurd, started the whoke thing! To the teller who was rude, then tbe branch mananger, an indian lady, who looked at me ad if i was stupid! To a some lady from their compmaints department, who thinks she is the smartest being ever created! I was sworn at, belittled, disrespected and patronized!! At nedbank, city view branch!!
