Nedbank's the most useless bank

Nedbank's service is pathetic to the point that I can't fathom why this bank is still active and in service giving it's poor and delaying tactics. If it's not enough that we suffered the whole of December 2022 because Frozen Favorite couldn't deliver on it's promise to deliver good and quality products, leaving our people destitute, more so our Senior Citizens fending for themselves and looking after they're grandchildren with no other financial means but their grant. Nedbank put a hold on the Frozen Favorite's account, the owner Byron could not reimburse our monies. Now Nedbank, together with their worker Glynis Van Der Broek refuses to cooperate with us in this matter. We are now entering the month of March 2023, and the situation looks bleak. Your intervention is urgently needed to expedite this matter with Nedbank!
