Nedbanks system issues and service delivery

Nedbank has shown its unreliable service delivery once again, during this past week I experienced my account being charged with duplicate transactions, I then had arranged for money to come in and nedbank took that to, I have been phoning nedbank since 11/10/2025 to resolve the issue and refund me, uptill this point it has not been resolved or refunded, this is South Africa some people depend on funds to live day to day yet nedbank takes it lightly and has the nerve to tell clients they don't know the turn around time, I've banked with nedbank for a while now and this isn't the first time I've experienced this kind of service with regards to client care and urgent matters
