Nedbanks sickening customer service

Absolutely pathetic service from this bank. No sense of urgency at all. Worse bank ever in terms of customer service. Requested feedback regarding an international transaction and haven't gotten any feedback. None from Nedbank Pietermaritzburg or Nedbank Global in Johannesburg. Still damn waiting!
