Nedbank's shabby service to long term customers

I have been banking with Nedbank for the past 15 years..Not only did they not approve me for 100%of my homeloan,while other banks did.(My credit score was near perfect)but I've app**** for overdraft which was approved by them but they have failed to load that amount into my accoun***** been a week now and it has been escalated but to on avail.
