NEDBANKS SERVICE IS THE WORST!

I encountered a problem whereby I withdrew money at a Nedbank ATM centered at Tsakane Mall. The ATM then gave me money with ink on it , specifically R10. So now I can't use that R10 since it has ink which makes the note non-valuabile. I also went to the nearest Nedbank branch but their assistance was very poor to the extent that they treated me like I'm garbage and all I wanted was just a R10 note with no ink but they couldn't assist me , telling me that the ATM i used doesn't have CCTV footage even though i provided proof on my Nedbank app since the money reflected
