Nedbank’s service is so poor and bad it’s frustrating. Their agents don’t even care.

I don’t think there’s any other bank as bad as Nedbank. 98% of their agents aren’t helpful and they don’t care. Anyone who can recommend a better bank I can move to. Their bad service is causing me so much frustration.

One of my properties was debited twice and I didn’t authorize that. I’ve contacted their complaints department and till this day the matter hadn’t been resolved. I’m so disappointed by your poor service!
