Nedbanks poor service to concluding a clients estate.

I have had a less than satisfactory experience with the people handling my mom's estate at Nedbank. Our attorneys were advised to communicate with them via email to correspond over the finalisation of our late mothers estate, our attorneys have received little to No communication from them, they have not responded to emails or extended any correspondence even by telephone. This is a huge disappoint inconvenience to us as the family as this Is a chapter we would like to conclude, so we can continue to honour our late mothers legacy in a fitting manner.
