Nedbanks poor comunication.

Honestly, Im so sick and tired of this bank.

Upon arriving in Saudi Arabia, I selected on the Nedbank money app that I'd be using my card overseas.

This is the second time I've gone overseas and my bank card has stopped working, and the second time Ive faced this type of incompetence from them.

90% of their international call centers don't work, and the ones that do can never help. I have emailed them on two separate email adresses, laid two complaints on the app, attempted contacting the personal banker listed to me on the app roksana, and not one reply or anything from anyone.

So here I sit with no accesses to any of my money, unable to buy food, and unable to put fuel in my car.
